A retired Indian Army officer with over 37 years of combat, corporate, and NGO experience, Colonel Mittal is the Chairman of Horizon Group and is currently responsible for providing extensive training to security personnel at various levels. He has held multiple senior-level positions in the Indian Army ranging from operations, HR, logistics & training to major construction activities.
Maj Gen. P S Rana (Retd.)
An Indian Army veteran with over 37 years of robust experience in the IT, Telecom, and cyber security sectors, Maj. Gen. Rana is an expert in people management functions ranging from recruiting through onboarding to training and competence building. He has been responsible for the holistic training and administration of 4000+ Indian army officers and 10,000+ potential officer cadets, including those from allied countries.
Lt. Col Sandeep Misra (Retd.)
Having served in the Indian Army for 21 years with 10 years of experience in frontline counter-terrorism operations in J&K and Punjab, Lt.Col.Misra is the instructor of electronics and communication to the security personnel. He is also the Joint Director of weapons and equipment in an armored division.

Mr Khurshid Jamshir is a Training professional with extensive Leadership experience in staff development, Process and Productivity improvements, Performance Management, and Curriculum design. He had designed, developed & successfully delivered training workshops for Axis Bank, L&T Financial Services, Win-Medicare Ltd, Reliance Communications, Shapoorji Paloonji, CEAT, FabIndia stores, MTNL, Cargill Foods, Reckitt Benckiser and Bharti Airtel Limited. Khurshid had conducted TNA for Various organizations & post training he has jointly worked with the business team towards implementation of the learning through performance coaching. As a Senior Management Professional with an extensive understanding and experience of complex & challenging environments, turnaround situations involving change management, restructuring and Team building. He has over 29 years of Cross cultural, general management, experience in Multinationals and professionally run organizations across India and Africa in the areas of Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, Telecom and BFSI. During his journey, he has trained more than 50000 participants across India and Africa in B2C, B2B, and B2G in Sales, Customer Service, Behavioural & Functional aspects.
